Netflix and Chill turned out to be a blessing and a perfect way to pass the time during the Lock-down Days and otherwise too binge on shows and movies was always a perfect plan for a weekend or on days when you want to feel happy, self-time or cheer yourself. Netflix never disappoints any of the viewer,it has a movie or a web series in stock for every genre which is the reason behind its popularity. - Red Notice
Written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber this upcoming action comedy thriller film stars Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds. The film centers on a global alert to hunt and capture the world’s most wanted.
- Army of the dead
An upcoming American film directed by Zack Snyder staring Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Ana de la Reguera, Garret Dillahunt, Raul Castillo, Omari Hardwick, Hiroyuki Sanada, Tig Notaro and Matthias Schweighöfer is a zombie heist film and is a sequel of the 2004 film Dawn of the dead.
- Fear street
This upcoming American horror film is based on the book “series of the same name” written by R.L. Stine. Directed by Leigh Janiak this film is set to become the first trilogy that will be released one month after another on Netflix
- Escape from Spiderhead
Directed by Joseph Kosinski and written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, Escape from Spiderhead is an American science fiction film based on the short story Escape from Spiderhead by George Saunders, originally titled Spiderhead and is set to release in 2021 by Netflix . This film will star Chris Hemsworth, Miles Teller and Jurnee Smollett.
- The Last Letter from Your Lover
Based on the best-selling novel “The last letter from your lover” by Jojo Moyes this romantic drama film is a dual narrative love story set between London and Riviera in 2003 and the 1960s. Directed by Augustine Frizzell this film is set to release in March 2021.

Delhi Crime, season 2
Based on the horrific 2012 Delhi gang rape, Delhi crime directed by Richie Mehta showcases the complete police investigation. The web series starring Shefali Shah, Rajesh Tailang, Rasika Dugal and Adil Hussain created history by winning an International Emmy for the Best Drama Series. The first season being a blockbuster hit and after receiving so much of appreciation and love there was no doubt season 2 was always on the cards. But the twist is that season 2 which is already in the works, is a standalone project and will not overlap the previous story. With new sets of characters, the series is looking to transform into an anthology.

The third outing of the physiological thriller series “You” is set to release in 2021 and was ordered by Netflix on January 14th 2020. The story will pick up with Joe and his girlfriend Quinn, who is pregnant with his child in a new suburban home. Anyone can imagine as to what his psychotic tendencies will lead to, but whatever it is, one thing is for sure it won’t be pretty.
- The Irregulars
An upcoming British – American crime drama television series created by Tom Bidwell is set to release in 2021 and will premiere on Netflix. Based on the works of Arthur Conan Doyle books, it tells the story of the street kids who aid Holmes and Watson in solving crimes and fighting supernatural villains and saving London from supernatural elements. Henry-Lloyd Hughes will play Sherlock and Royce Pierreson will play Dr Watson.
- Tribes of Europa
This very interesting upcoming fantasy teen series is about three siblings set out to change the fate of Europe. The story will show how in 2074 Europe will be broken up into microstates that operate like tribes fighting for dominance and how the three siblings set out to course-correct the continent’s fate and bring it back together.
- Dead to me, season 3
The season two of this Netflix’s black comedy became one the biggest breakouts of 2019 and clearly gave “Uncut Gems” a run for money in the stress department. Season 3’s announcement was a good and bad news in itself because this will be the last season of this amazing black comedy. Wherever Jen (Christina Applegate) and Judy (Linda Cardellini) go, disasters follow or you can say it might be the other way around? The duo were involved in a road traffic accident at the end of the season 2 as well when Ben crashed into them destroying Charlie’s new car in the accident.
- Disenchantment, season 3
After two successful seasons, the wait is finally over for season 3 as Netflix has announced the premiere date on 15th January 2021. Matt Groening’s Disenchantment an animated comedy follows the mediaeval adventures of heavy drinking princess Bean gearing up to take over the throne, if her own kingdom stops conspiring against her. We have already seen in season 1 how the trio dealt with death, Bean’s evil mother and a journey through hell itself. Now as the new trailer reveals, tables have turned and it’s time for Bean to step up her princess game as the future of Dreamland’s leadership and concern about her unstable father, King Zog deepens.
