We talk about Women empowerment so often, but women can only be empowered if given the right opportunity, a platform to showcase their talent. Ever since the battle times, women have executed their skills and intellect in many ways and no one can deny they are great at managing things.

From being the Prime Minister to Housemaker a Woman is exceptionally well in whatever she does. Women are believed to be great managers because of their intellect, managerial skills.

We as a society should provide the place a Woman deserves, be it a higher position at the office or even appreciating the smallest of the things she does for a family, and not only Women’s Day should be the one day in a year for celebrating her magical presence in our live but every day should be the day dedicated to honouring the Womanhood.

Named among TIME magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is a billionaire women entrepreneur in India. She is the chairperson and managing director of Biocon Limited, who started this company in 1978 with just Rs 10,000 in hand and today Biocon is India’s largest biotechnology company. The Bangalore based company manufactures generic active pharmaceutical ingredients which are sold over 120 across the globe.
